It hardly changed the color of only about 40% greys and that turned back to grey in 3-4 days. It looks I got even more greys after 1 week. Switching off the plan and finding alternates.

I changed the shipping date to come earlier and the product didn't ship. When I checked my account the shipping date was Aug 10 and I clearly had selected July 6. This company has issues. 1. I selected a brown color, it was nearly black. 2. Requested a different colorist because of the black coloring but according to the product papers I still have the same person who apparently doesn't know brown from black. 3. Had to call multiple times to get the correct color. 3. Received email that colorsmith received my payment first week of July but my shipping date is August 10. Way to make sure you get your money and I get nothing. Really poorly organized company.

this is my third delivery and after asking that they lighten the light brown I requested, they sent me something that looks like Jet black. I am so done with this company.

It gave me a severe allergic reaction despite my instructions were clear that I get allergic with normal hair dye. I wanted to try this because they mentioned it is allergy-free. Please cancel my future order.

I love the concept and these people try hard and are really responsive. And the pricing is good. That’s why I’ve tried it three times now. But the grey coverage is not strong and it fades too quickly, even though I shampoo just twice a week. Granted, I may be doing it wrong. Parting the hair and using the brush per the instructions is really difficult to do yourself. And every kit comes with all these things that get thrown away after one use, which is harmful to the environment. They were very good at getting the color I wanted on the first try. It is possible that some people’s hair may take the dye better than mine, for whatever reason.

Wanted a natural light brown . However it looks black and everyone is now talking to my head probably wondering, what the hells he done !!!

I love the product it’s great for reducing Gray and looks completely natural. The downsize is the cost to maintain it. I was purchasing every two weeks to keep it looking good. If not with shipping time it fades and looks bad. So I canceled my order it’s just not price efficient. Spending $70 a month is not feasible to me. If you wear your hair short you just don’t get any lasting effects beyond two weeks.

The customer service is exceptional. The original color was a lighter shade that matched my hair very well, however, it did not have good gray coverage. The colorist darkened the shade which provided better gray coverage, unfortunately, it was too dark for my hair.
