I like the results but if you have short hair like I do then you could end up throwing half of it away which makes it less value for money. There's enough for two applications in the package I receive so I've ended up storing half in glass jars It would be a good idea to offer a smaller size (perhaps x2) to people with close cropped hair so we can apply weekly

My ash gray was too ashy and I was still charged for their free color guarantee while trying to adjust to the color that worked for me. No thank you.

The hair dye started making my scalp itch after next day of usage. This was experienced multiple times. Also their auto system decided to put an order after 4 weeks then my preference of 6 weeks

The product still does not provide coverage for the g-tee or mustache. The hair part seems to blend. I think I am just as good picking up just for men's OTC products.

It hardly changed the color of only about 40% greys and that turned back to grey in 3-4 days. It looks I got even more greys after 1 week. Switching off the plan and finding alternates.

I changed the shipping date to come earlier and the product didn't ship. When I checked my account the shipping date was Aug 10 and I clearly had selected July 6. This company has issues. 1. I selected a brown color, it was nearly black. 2. Requested a different colorist because of the black coloring but according to the product papers I still have the same person who apparently doesn't know brown from black. 3. Had to call multiple times to get the correct color. 3. Received email that colorsmith received my payment first week of July but my shipping date is August 10. Way to make sure you get your money and I get nothing. Really poorly organized company.

this is my third delivery and after asking that they lighten the light brown I requested, they sent me something that looks like Jet black. I am so done with this company.

It gave me a severe allergic reaction despite my instructions were clear that I get allergic with normal hair dye. I wanted to try this because they mentioned it is allergy-free. Please cancel my future order.
