I like that it doesn’t have chemical smell and easy to apply but unfortunately the color didn’t stay on my hair doesn’t matter how long I wait after applying the hair color, I tried 3 times before I discontinued with Colorsmith.

Maybe I misunderstood this product... I selected a color that I thought would work - ash brown. I also thought that it would leave my natural grey hair showing through for a salt & pepper look. What I got was a complete coloring with none of my actual grey hair showing. But the color was a weird grey/blue color throughout - very unnatural color for sure. I wound up trimming my beard very short to get rid of the color. Again, maybe I misunderstood what I was buying, but I followed the directions exactly.

On my 3rd order and the color is still too dark. The “color specialists” don’t do much at all to match your desired color.

I was unhappy with the result of the color I received and thought I had successfully canceled my subscription. I continued to receive the product and be billed. I revisited my account to rectify the situation where I was continually redirected to another set of questions that would result in continuing to receive the product. I never got a definitive message that my account was closed. I hate this kind of slippery b*llsh*t and wouldn't do business with a company that thinks this is good business practice even if I was happy with the product or service.

I used the last box you shipped to me and it was terrible!! I got embarrassed again with my family and coworkers..!!! You made it as a try and error regardless customer satisfaction!! To correct the mistakes of last times, you made it darker with 2% grey!!!!! This is the worst experience ever. Please share the email of the manager or the owner. Employee should care about Co reputation!!

To be totally honest I am not impressed with the product I received and used, with of course following all instructions, tips, and videos. I was expecting a semi salt and pepper look, however, I am still more grey. Along with that, and of course, after using the shampoo and conditioner after the color treatment, my beard and mustache feel like dry straw. I have had better results, at times, with Just For Men, but of course, that product fades in like 2 to 4 days after.

Color did not work on the Grey hair. Instead I had blotchy unnatural dark spots throughout my hair and beard. I had to shave everything off. I would like a refund. The product is horrible.
