Horrible color and not enough product to properly apply!

On receipt product was well packed and everything you could ask for, my only criticism would be that there was too much waste for my small goatie, ended up throwing at least 50+ percent in the bin

The product itself is brilliant. Applies easily, the colour is perfect, no skin irritation at all. But the lack of shipping options isn’t good. It’s been taking just over a month for me to receive an order. I would happily pay additional shipping for FedEx, UPS, etc., but that option isn’t available and customer service says there aren’t current plans to change that. If not for that, I’d score it a 6 out of 5, but if you’re ordering from outside the US, you may be seriously disappointed in the shipping time.

I ordered light brown but you guys sent me dark brown, it’s dark black not even brown. I just discovered it after it was in my hair. Bad service!

It is not a organic or free dish f chemical Color I have reaction same as other chemical based Color luckily I had allergic test before Applying My skin still burning after 3 days

I called and spoke with a representative to cancel my reoccurring subscription and I’m still being charged. I have boxes and boxes of unused hair color…I don’t need anymore.
