No problems but I'm still trying to find the right color. Light brown is too ight. I am also trying to determine the coloring intervals.

I gave it 4 stars only because it dried my skin really badly to the point of flaking all over where I applied it, and also made it really itchy. The color looks very natural and I was surprised that it didn’t stain my skin like other brands I’ve used. I guess my skin is too sensitive to something in the formula, or I may be allergic to something in it that I’m yet not aware of.

In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. The overall color was great. However, I had my hair cut short on the side and the color did not cover the gray very well; in fact, there was clear line between where the color took and where it didn't.

Did a good Jon is parts of my hair, but the some gray was almost all gray is areas.

The pluses- great customer service - easy to use The color itself was perfect and exceeded expectations. The result was better than my last half Dozen professional visits . The only negative Which was minimal is that my hair pulls red and with This try it did happen although very very minimal and customer service was right on it with a solution for next time . I would highly recommend Colorsmith
Going almost completely gray on the sides in my early 50's, my daughters hauled me to a salon as a birthday present and insisted on gifting me with a color job. Afterwards, I gravitated to a store-bought brand. Try as I might and following their instructions and timing meticulously, it always ended up too dark. Then when my hair grew just a little, there was a definitive dye line. I saw a colorsmith ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try. Completing the simple online form was a breeze, but I needed more assistance and was promptly contacted by a real person who knew what they were doing. When it arrived, the box had everything I needed and easy, clear instructions. I guess they thought I'd be extra messy because they included TWO pair of gloves. HaHa! Like with the store-bought brand, I followed their instructions to the letter. My results? EXACTLY what I wanted -- a perfect blend that covered about 3/4 of my gray. I am 100% pleased with the results. Even better, the wife and daughters love it!
The application and instructions were super easy, but the color is much darker than expected. It says dark blonde, but my color turned out to be a brownish/red (I have red in my hair as well).
it's a good product. But this last batch give me itchiness compare to other times. Also has to remark that it fade away quiet quickly, specially who's take often showers, swimming on sea, sun...

After asking to change the color type the new color still came off after a few days. This is a very expensive color and I was expecting to last at least a month.
