Ordered initially & tint was perfect. Somehow second order tinted much darker.

You need a section for us to send you possible improvements and comments. You are not perfect - IF YOU WANT ADVICE ASK FOR IT. 1) Make two sets of Gloves AND make Pre-color-Prep coloring" and "Applicaton" 2) Goatees, mustaches, sideburns and some sections turn great much faster than the majority of hair on your head. Especially when wearing shorter hair. ***Include a set #3 called "touch ups" With a small one oz bottled gloves You packaging and slogan should be something like " easy as One Two Three. #1 PREP #2 APPLICATION, #3 EASY TOUCH UP. FINAL AND MOST IMPORTANT IMPROVEMENT - design a better box. It was TERRIBLE. UGLY and CHEAP. Hire a designer that knows packaging. That was your number one problem. It arrived in a cheap box, difficult to open. No thought or branding whatsoever. Your client has a bit more money, is certainly stylish and trusts his brand. Not your box. It looks like a dollar store find. Make your image something I crave. I threw that terrible, awkward glossy box away as quickly as I could into the dumpster. I don't have cheap crap on my quartz counters. You wanna be the best... don't look like K-Mart

Dernières dix ans j'ai essayé tellement des colorations naturelles, et j'ai été toujours déçu, car au bout d'une semaine un jaunissent des cheveux apparaissent. Chez Colorsmith,cet effet n'existe pas, même après 30 jours. La couleur est naturelle, et telle que j'ai commandé. J'ai fait un ajustement de couleur après la première coloration, et j'ai reçu ma commande avec la couleur exactement qui j'ai voulu. Toutes les produits sont très haut de gamme, et je suis très content d'avoir trouvé en fin ce que j'ai voulais. Tout est parfait. Les produits, l'emballage, le service clients, le rapidité d'envoi. Le prix pour une excellence totale.
